Cleaning Packages Explained
Before we arrive
We understand! You need some help, and we want to provide the peace of mind that a clean home creates. However, we do kindly ask that the home is picked up before arrival. Please declutter any clothes, toys, and any other random items. We want to be able to spend the maximum time possible checking items off our list! If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days, has excessive buildup, or you just have a lot of stuff, please let us know prior to scheduling so we may plan accordingly.
When we get there
To be able to start our work right away and perform all the tasks that you selected as part of your package, it’s essential that we’re able to access all the areas we need to clean. This is why it’s necessary to declutter before we arrive. If you, however, want us to perform this task, it will be charged separately according to our hourly rate before we start with the actual cleaning.
Most of our clients choose to leave the house while we clean, as it makes the whole process more convenient and faster. If you wish to give us a quick tour and explain any particularities, that’s ok, but keep in mind you’ll benefit most from allowing us to start with cleaning as soon as possible. Although we enjoy getting to know our clients, we also understand that the quality of our work speaks for itself and that having enough time to do everything properly is essential.
Please keep in mind that there is a budgeted time associated with your quote/cleaning package. We will always do our best to complete everything on the checklist but may need to exclude some tasks/areas if we run over budgeted time.
Our cleaners work in teams and follow a specific system when working through a home, which requires the cleaners to spread out. We will do our best to accommodate clients who are home while we are cleaning, but please keep in mind that client instructions to clean in a different order will affect our efficiency, cost, and quality. We will not be able to re-clean areas due to client interference.

What You Need To Know
Although the disinfectant we use is completely safe for humans and pets, to remain compliant with the usage instructions, all occupants will have to leave the house for 30 minutes after spraying is complete to allow optimal time for the product to run its course of action.
Disinfecting does not guarantee against the contraction of any viral infection but does significantly reduce the likelihood of infection.
Electrostatic spraying and fogging will attract small droplets of sanitizing solution to surfaces; therefore, you may see “water marks” on shiny surfaces like glass, stainless steel and other high gloss surfaces. The mist that accumulates on surfaces is not enough moisture to damage any surfaces; however, it may not be aesthetically pleasing.
